What’s Included in the First Solo Program
- 15 flight training hours (Dual instruction and supervised solo flight)
- 2 hours of dual simulator practice
- 15 hours of ground briefings, including: Pre/Post-flight debriefings
- Pre-Solo Theory Course and Examination
- Navigation charges, fuel, and landing fees
- First Solo certificate upon completion

- Training is competency-based
- Solo flight subject to instructor authorisation
- Weather and operational factors may affect scheduling

Rates include aircraft hire and instructor for dual training unless stated otherwise
WHAT PAYG INCLUDES
- Depending on Aircraft choice:
- Cessna 150 – Dual or Supervised Solo Flight Training @ $440 +10% GST per hour
- Cessna 172 – Dual or Supervised Solo Flight Training @ $475 +10% GST per hour
- Piper PA-28 Warrior
– Dual or Supervised Solo Flight Training @ $470 +10% GST per hour - Robin Alpha 2160 – Dual or Supervised Solo Flight Training @ $490 +10% GST per hour
- Aircraft Solo Hire For Flight Test @ $330 +GST Per Hour
- Simulation Training @ $190 +GST Per Hour
- Briefing @ $80 +GST per hour
- Pilot’s Logbook @ $35 +GST
- A training deposit of $1,000 is required for the PAYG program. This deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of the training
